Eu não gosto desse cheiro de pavor adocicado

Sinto como se estivesse mastigando meu próprio coração, ás vezes lento, ás vezes não; Pacientemente suspiro meu último grito de socorro, como sair da morte já estando morto? Cada pedaço meu desmonta o próprio ego, que desce seco pela garganta, tentando atingir alguma parte que ainda respire.
Qual a diferença entre ir embora e permanecer longe? O que está aqui não basta, não estou aparentemente ao seu lado como eu deveria estar. 
Eu corro atrás de um sentimento lindo, que sinto, vejo, compartilho, mas esse sentimento tem vergonha quando se olha no espelho. 
Tem vergonha da forma como vive, do que se tornou...
Não estamos seguras o suficiente, você me diz que não sabe mais pra onde correr, eu peço que corra pra longe de mim, mas você insiste, você cai em meus braços como se eu fosse seu porto seguro. 
Você vai permanecer em mim porque eu permaneço em você.
Já não adianta nos quebrar, aos poucos cada pedaço volta ao seu lugar, diga que vai ficar,  não posso sair pra te buscar.

Quer dizer que as coisas andavam bem...

O Poder Da Empatia!

Segundo Roman Krznaric (autor do livro o poder da empatia, sociólogo e conselheiro na ONU), “EMPATIA é a arte de se colocar no lugar do outro para transformar o mundo.”

Empatia seria como um antídoto poderoso nesses nossos tempos de individualidade, uma grande ferramenta, bastante eficaz, para se obter uma vida melhor.

Nosso cérebro é equipado para a conexão social, mesmo que muitas vezes achemos que a individualidade é fator primordial, e que sem ela não obteremos sucesso seja na vida profissional ou amorosa. Temos uma máquina pensante que com certo esforço e força de vontade obterá níveis de empatia imensos, exigirá de si mesmo a conexão com outro, o “colocar-se no lugar do outro” e sentir essa transformação.

Você pode não acreditar, mas a empatia é uma característica inerente, própria do nosso ser, sendo assim, ela só precisa ser desenvolvida, despertada, de modo que vire algo do nosso cotidiano.

A habilidade de compreender os sentimentos, as emoções, os pensamentos e as experiências das pessoas com as quais nos relacionamos.

A habilidade de ter a perspectiva de outros, reconhecer a perspectiva deles como verdade.

Sabemos que é difícil reconhecer emoção em outras pessoas e comunicar isto, de forma que não haja julgamentos pré estabelecidos, não haja preconceitos, e é exatamente nessa hora que devemos usar a nossa empatia, precisamos sentir com a pessoa.

Vale um exemplo:

Imagine que sua amiga se encontre presa em uma situação que não sabe como sair, neste caso, ao usar a sua empatia, você se conecta a essa pessoa a ponto de sentir o desespero dela e assim poder apoiá-la, sem julgamentos, sem críticas.

Pratiquemos a nossa empatia em casa, no ambiente de trabalho, no trânsito e em todos os nossos relacionamentos.

Acredite, as mudanças são muitas, e pra melhor.

Decerto!

Ninguém.
Uma vez ninguém quis conversar comigo. Ninguém me chamou pra sair. Ninguém me ajudou quando precisei. Ninguém me apoiou em uma situação crucial.
Uma vez alguém me humilhou. Alguém brigou. Alguém ameaçou me bater. Alguém esboçou sua inútil permanência nesse mundo.
Dito isso tudo, vou confessar aqui e agora que sonho com um mundo cheio de ninguém, busco o vazio social, a plenitude de viver consigo mesmo.
Fraqueza?
Que seja uma linha fraca da minha cabeça, um colapso que resultou de grandes decepções, um rancor acumulado pronto pra explodir.
Ai como eu quero essa explosão.
Quero que voe estilhaços de angústia pra todo lado, quero ser vazia, quero estar vazia de tudo, de todos, quero permanecer a mulher bomba dos sentimentos nocivos.
Quem vive em prol do outro se esquece de si mesmo, permite que adentrem seu peito sem pedir licença, derrubem café quente na sua sala de estar e limpem a sujeira com a cortina, faz festa no seu coração e larga toda a sujeira pra você limpar.
Estou farta do passado, cansada do presente e receosa com o futuro.
Quem além de mim sabe mais de mim do que eu?

Terminei de ler o Livro “CURAR… O STRESS, A ANSIEDADE E A DEPRESSÃO SEM MEDICAMENTO NEM PSICANÁLISE” e digo que estou maravilhada. Nunca fui muito de escrever resenhas de livros, mas esse merece todas as palavras do meu pequeno dicionário de análises literárias. Venho sofrendo de distúrbios emocionais já tem algum tempo, e como qualquer leigo comecei enfiando a cara nos antidepressivos e seguindo fielmente o que o meu psiquiatra estipulava como o útil para a minha atual situação – afinal ele estudou anos pra isso. O interessante de ter chegado neste ponto é que quanto mais se ouve sobre algo, mais esse algo se torna verdade absoluta, e quando existe o peso de um profissional, esta verdade tende a atuar como um placebo dentro da nossa mente. 
Motivada a olhar por outros horizontes, comecei a pesquisar sobre a medicação que eu estava tomando – visto que o profissional psiquiatra não estava disposto a esclarecer minhas dúvidas – e acabei chegando a um blog que literalmente me salvou de acabar viciada em antidepressivo. Em uma rápida olhada no blog uma capa me chamou atenção, foi aí que cheguei até uma resenha do livro Curar, livro esse que me faria entender melhor minha atual condição.
Com o livro em mãos demorei poucas semanas para terminá-lo, o devorei de forma que jamais pudesse imaginar, a intensidade dos textos adentrava minha cabeça e agia de forma consideravelmente positiva. A capacidade que este livro tem de abrir horizontes é magnífica, o poder de mostrar terapias alternativas que são óbvias, porém estamos centrados demais nos problemas e medicamentos para enxergá-las como algo plausível. Exemplos e mais exemplos de que é possível viver uma vida de total serenidade e mesmo que tenha momentos considerados difíceis de lidar, sempre existirá um meio inteligente de passar por ele. 
Na teoria eu sempre soube o quanto uma atividade física e uma dieta saudável são essenciais no equilíbrio do corpo e da mente, mas sempre adiei tal alternativa por puro desânimo e achismo. Achar que algumas pílulas diárias vão fazer o efeito esperado em um curto intervalo de tempo, o que de fato não é mentira, mas e os efeitos colaterais? E a dependência química que não trará benefício algum em longo prazo? Não é inteligente se agarrar a primeira alternativa imposta por um único profissional, mas quando estamos atordoados demais o mais fácil é aquilo que o nosso braço costuma alcançar.
 Um ponto extremamente interessante que me recordo do livro é o saber se comunicar, a forma como lidamos com o outro dentro de um relacionamento, como abordamos e o principal, como fazemos o outro ouvir quando precisamos. Dentro de uma discussão é sábio ter uma dose de empatia e evitar completamente ironias e sarcasmos, tarefa imensamente difícil para mim. 
Mas não impossível.
Pra quem realmente quer aderir terapias alternativas e fugir da dependência química, este livro é ideal, o necessário é abordado de forma simples e objetiva, faz-se entender da primeira até a última página. De longe é um livro que vou repetir a leitura por muitas e muitas vezes, até conseguir arquivar todas as informações e colocar em prática sem relutância nenhuma. Preciso confessar que nessa época em que vivemos o stress e ansiedade é algo a se tornar ainda mais rotineiro, a depressão, aliás, já atinge uma vasta quantidade de pessoas, e infelizmente se não obtivermos informação e força de vontade necessária o mal do século irá definitivamente nos engolir goela abaixo.
